How is my gift card delivered?

Immediately after completing your order you will be taken to the 'Thank You' page. You will see a link saying 'Click here to retrieve your vouchers'. Clicking on this link will take you to your order page where you will see your gift card codes.


You will also be sent an email with a link to your code. The email is sent to the email address linked to your PayPal account. Clicking on this link will take you to a page that displays your codes.

What payment options do you offer?

We process all payments through PayPal. You can use your credit card or existing PayPal account.

When I entered my code it says it's invalid. What gives?

Not to worry. We purchase, scratch, and enter card codes manually and we possibly just entered it in wrong. Send an email to support@wildtwig.com with your order number and we'll help you out.

What if you don't have stock?

If we don't have stock of a certain card it will not allow you to buy it, so you don't have to worry about paying for a card we don't have stock of. If we run out we normally have more within a day.
